Your work looks award-winning, but the ideas, strategy and insights behind them are even more praiseworthy. You know how to make your writing partner’s copy look better — and sometimes, you even throw in a line or two of your own.
You’re good at solving problems with design across a wide range of functions. You’re proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator and may even have experience in 3D and motion programs. And you stay up on the latest trends in web and social media design. In short, you’re a master of all things visual — and maybe even a little more.
You can juggle a bajillion balls at once and make sure everyone else on your team is getting their juggling done as well. You are self-motivated yet collaborative, with exceptional time management, communication and problem-solving skills. You’ll think through business solutions, field feedback, and collaborate with all your fellow Martyers and keep them on task.
You can come up with killer concepts and then bring them to life with great writing on everything from T-shirts to tweets to heart-stirring manifestos. While your words are highly crafted, the ideas, strategy and insights behind them are what really stand out. You have an eye for striking visuals and can help Experience Designers find the words to make their vision visionary.
You’re a maker, thinker, investigator and storyteller. You’re curious about people, culture and brands, and crafty about how you bring what you learn to life. You’re no stranger to a killer Keynote presentation, get down and dirty to cut videos, and can do whatever you need to get the best creative product out of your team.
This is the position open to a creator from any discipline. You could be a traditional copywriter or specialize in haiku. You could be a painter or a motion graphics genius. Whatever your skill or passion, wow us with it and you could be our wildcard.
